This Order may be cited as the Marketing Board (Speci- fied Produce) Order, 1970. 2. Declaration. The produce listed in the Schedule to this Order being produce of St. Vincent, are hereby declared to be specified produce within the meaning and for the arposes of the Marketing Board Ordinance, 1959(No. 4 of 1959). 3. Commencement. This Order shall come into operation on publication in the Gazette.
