further to amend the Kingstown Board


 [ 17th October, 1967. ]

 Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by
and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council of
Saint Vincent and by the authority of the same as follows:-

 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Kingstown Board Short title.
(Amendment) Ordinance, 1967 and shall be read as one with
the Kingstown Board Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as Cap. 209.
the principal Ordinance) and all amendments thereto.


 2. Section 36E of the principal Ordinance is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefore: -
"Electors' 36E. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections
Roll. 32 to 35D of the principal Ordinance, no objection
