If in any proceedings any question arises whether Evidence. or not any person, including the head of the mission, is entitled to any immunity or privilege under this Ordinance a certificate issued by or under the authority of the head of the mission stating any fact relating to that question shall be conclusive evidence of the fact. SCHEDULE IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES Section 3 1.-(a) Th premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the Government of St. Vincent may not enter them, except wi;h the consent of the bead of the mission. (b) The Government of St. Vincent is under a special duty to taUke all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the miss in agaiint any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity. (e) The premises of the mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and the means oi transport of the mis- sion shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution. 2.-(a) The Government of the United Kingdom and the head of the mission shall be exempt from all Government,. regional or municipal dues and taxes in respect of the premises of the mission, whether owned or leased, other than such as represent payment for specific services rendered.
