 (Immunities and Privileges).


 (5) The r ference in paragraphs 15 and 16 of the Schedule
to tiis Ordinanie to the extent to which any immunities and
privileges are admitted by the Government of St. Vincent and
to additionall imnimnilties and privileges that may be granted by
th, Government of St. Vincent shall be construed as referring
respectively to the extent to which aay immunities and pri-
vil.gces may be specified by the Governor by Proclamation pub-
lished in the Gazett,,' and to any additional immunities and
privileges that may bh so specified.

to any immunity or privilege under this Ordinance a certificate
issued by or under the authority of the head of the mission
stating any fact relating to that question shall be conclusive
evidence of the fact.

 SCHEDULE
 IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES Section 3
 1.-(a) Th premises of the mission shall be inviolable.
The agents of the Government of St. Vincent may not enter
them, except wi;h the consent of the bead of the mission.
 (b) The Government of St. Vincent is under a special duty
to taUke all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the
miss in agaiint any intrusion or damage and to prevent any
disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its
dignity.
 (e) The premises of the mission, their furnishings and
other property thereon and the means oi transport of the mis-
sion shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or
execution.

 2.-(a) The Government of the United Kingdom and the
head of the mission shall be exempt from all Government,.
regional or municipal dues and taxes in respect of the premises
of the mission, whether owned or leased, other than such as
represent payment for specific services rendered.
