AN ORDINANCE to make provision for certain immunities and privil i's to officers and servants of the Common- wealth Scretariat. [ 17th October, 1967. ] Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advie and consent of the Legislative Council of Saint Vincent and by the authority of the same as follows:- 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Commonwealth Short tjtie. Secretariat (Immunities and Privileges) Ordinance, 1967. 2. In this Ordinance- "the Commonwe.;lth Secretariat" means the Common- wealth Secretariat established at the Common- wealth Prime Minister's Meeting of June, 1965. 3. Every senior officer of the Commonwealth Secretariat, who is a citizen of a country mentioned in section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act of 1948, and any member of his family forming part of his household, other than a member who is a citizen only of the United Kingdom and Colonies, shall, if permanently resident outside Saint Vincent. have the like immunities and privileges as are accorded by law to a diplo- matic agent and the members of his family forming part of Interpretation.
