No. 16. Charles Gideon Huggins (Gratuity and Pension). 1967.


 (2) The gratuity and pension referred to in subsection
 (1) above, shall be computed as if all the offices of Teacher,
 Group Organiser anid Civil Servaii in evhicli hie csad Chlares
 Gideon Huggins served were pensionable offices in the service
 of the Government of Saint Vincent and his periods of service
 as Teacher, Group Organiser and Uivii Servant shaii be aggre-
 gated.
 (3) Any sums paid before the commencement of this
 Ordinance to the said Charles Gideon Huggins by way of
 gratuity shall be set off against any sums to which he becomes
 entitled to be paid under this Ordinance.

 Commencement. 3. This Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to
 be appointed by the Administrator by Proclamation published
 in the Gazette.
