No. 14. Local Government (Amendment No. 2). 1967.


 Insertion of 2. The principal Ordinance is hereby amended by insert-
 new section ing immediately after section 27 the following section:-
 27A in
 principal
 Ordinance. Register 27A. Notwithstanding the provisions of section
 .r voters. 27 of the principal Ordinance, no objection shall be
 taken to the preparation, revision or publication of
 the register of voters by reason only that the Acts
 respectively proscribed by the aforesaid section
 were not performed within the times respectively
 prescribed by that section as long as the provisions
 of that section were substantially carried out.
