TREASURY NOTICE.


 LAND AND HOUSE TAX DEPARTMENT.


 Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned properties in the owner-
ship or occupation of the persons named hereunder whose names appear on
the tax roll of the Colony for the parish of St. George are in default of arrears
of taxes levied under the authority of the "Land and House Tax Ordinance".
By virtue of a Warrant issued under the "Second Schedule" in accordance
with Section 46 (3) of the above Ordinance, the said properties having been
duly levied upon will be offered for sale at Public Auction on Saturday the
30th day of September, 1967, at the Land and House Tax Department, Kings-
town, for the recovery of taxes due.
