 His Honour HYWEL GEORGE, O.B.E., Administrator of
 St. Vincent left St. Vincent today for Grenada on a visit of three
 (3) days.
 His Honour expects to return to St. Vincent on 28th August,
 1967.

 In pursuance of authority conferred upon him by the St. Vin-
 cent (Constitution) Order in Council, 1959, His Honour the
 Administrator has issued a Commission appointing CECcm ALBIART
 JACOBS, Esquire, Financial Secretary, St. Vincent, to be Adminis-
 trator's Deputy, St. Vincent with effect from 25th August, 1967,
 and until further notice.
 His Honour's Conunission is published hereunder for general
 information.
