WHEREAS it is enacted by section 4 (1) of the Kingstown Board (1966 Elections) Ordinance (No. 17 of 1966) hereinafter referred to as the Ordin- ance), that an election of members of the Board under the provisions of the Ordinance shall be held on a day, and at such time and place, as the Admin- istrator in Council may appoint by Proclamation published in the Gazette: AND WHEREAS I deem it expedient that, after due nomination of candidates held according to law, if necessary, an election to elect one member each for the Eastern, Central and Western Wards of the Town of Kingstown shall be held on Monday the 19t 1967, at the following Polling Stations, namely:- (a) the Emma igh Schoo aby Street, for the Eastern Ward; (b) the Publi l ary, Granby for the Central Ward; and (c) the Pavi of A o ia r the Western Ward: Now THEREFO E, I, HYWEL GE the Officer for the time being administering the Government of th C ny of Saint Vincent, pursuant to the authority in me vested by the 0 ce and by virtue of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, 1D"HiE Y proclaim Monday the nineteenth day of June, 1967, as the day on w i if necessary as aforesaid, an election of members of the Board, under the provisions of the Ordinance, shall be held at the several Polling Stations hereinbefore mentioned during the hours provided bv Bye-Law 6 (3) of the Kingstown Board (Election of Members) Bye-Laws, 1942 (S.R. & 0.
