WHEREAS it is enacted by section 4 of the Licences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1957, that the said Ordinance shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation published in the Gazette: AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient that the said Ordinance shall come into force on the 3rd day of July, 1957: Now THEREFORE I, ALEXANDER FALCONER GILES, the Officer for the time being administering the Government of the Colony of Saint Vincent, do hereby proclaim that the said Ordinance shall come into force on the 3rd day of July, 1957.
