 PLANT PROTECTION (AMENDMENT)
 REGULATIONS.,


 (Gazetted 15th February, 1956.)


 1. Short, title. These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Protection
 (Amendment) Regulations. 1H56. and shall be read as one with the Plant Protec-
 tion Regulations, 1942, (S.R. & 0. 1942, No. 88) (hereinafter referred to as the
 principal Regulations) and all amendments thereto. /

 2. Amendment of Regulation 10 of principal Regulations.
 Paragraph (1) of Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is hereby amended
 by the deletion of sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) and the substitution
 therefore of the following sub-paragraphs:-

 (a) citrus or any other member of the family Rutaceae;
 (b) cocoa;
 (c) coconut;
 (d) cotton;
 (e) seeds of plant of the family Gramineae excepting sugar cane fuzz.


 Made by the Governor in Council under section 15 of the Plant Protection
 Ordinance, 1941 (No. 10 of 1941) this 10th day of February, 1956.
