These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Protection (Amendment) Regulations. 1H56. and shall be read as one with the Plant Protec- tion Regulations, 1942, (S.R. & 0. 1942, No. 88) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations) and all amendments thereto. / 2. Amendment of Regulation 10 of principal Regulations. Paragraph (1) of Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is hereby amended by the deletion of sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) and the substitution therefore of the following sub-paragraphs:- (a) citrus or any other member of the family Rutaceae; (b) cocoa; (c) coconut; (d) cotton; (e) seeds of plant of the family Gramineae excepting sugar cane fuzz.
