These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Subsistence and Lodging Allowance) Regulations, 1956. 2. Subsistence and Lodging Allowance. A member of the Police Force of or below the rank of Insoector who, in the performance of his duty, is absent from the section of the Police District to which he is posted and is not provided with foost and lodging while so absent, shall be entitled to reimburse- ment of out of pocket expenses necessarily incurred in accordance with the following scale:- 5 hours and not exceeding 8 hours Over 8 hours and not ex- ceeding 12 hours Over 12 hours and not ex- ceeding 24 hours SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCES.
