These By-Laws may be cited as the Marriaqua -Village Council (Cemetery) By-Laws, 1956. 2. Schedule of fees for interments, allotments, memorials, etc. The following sums shall be paid to the Marriaqua Village Council prior to any interment, allotment of ground for the burial of persons other than paupers, or erection of any memorial, enclosure or cross:- For the- (a) burial of a person whose age at the time of death does not exceed 10 y ea rs ...... .... ...... ...... .... ...... ...... $ .50 (b) burial of a person whose age at the time of death exceeds 10 years 1.00 (c) allotment of grave 4' x 8' for the exclusive right of burial therein ...... 6.00 (d) right to erect a memorial or cross other than wood on land not a cqu ired ...... .... ...... ...... ...... ...... ...... 3 .00 (e) right to erect a wooden cross on land not acquired ...... ...... 1.00 Made by the Marriaqua Village Council under Section 56 (1) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1951, (No. 17 of 1951) this 15th day of December 1955.
