[ 29th November, 1955. 1 LEacted by the Legislature of Saint Vincent. 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, and shall be read as one with the Public Health Ordinance, 1927, and with the Public Health (Amendment) Ordinance, 1929, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) and all amendments thereto. 2. Subsection (1) of Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is hereby repealed and replaced as follows:- "8 (1). Any person who shall sell or offer for sale as milk or pure milk any adulterated or impoverished milk shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars: Provided that this subsection shall not apply lSort title.
