AN ORDINANCE further to amend the Passepger Boats Ordin-
 ance, Cap. 201.

 Enacted'by the Legislature of Saint Vincent.


 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Passenger Boats
(Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, and shall be read as one with
the Passenger Boats Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the
principal Ordinance) and all amendments thereto.

 2. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance as repealed and
replaced by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 25 of 1946 is hereby
further amended:-
 (a) by adding the words "or persons" between the Words
 "person" and "as" appearing in the sixth line of sub-
 section (1) thereof;
 (b) by deleting the word "either" appearing in the second
 line of subsection (2) thereof and replacing it with
 the word "any".
