 3. The milk must contain not le-s
than 3 per cent of fats and 81 per cent
of non-fatty solids and is to be deliv-
ered in good condition at the Institu-
tion concerned. The contract will be
terminable by three months' notice on
either side.
 4. Tenders are to be addressed to the
Chairman, Tenders Board, Treasury.
and the envelopes are to he marked
" Tender for Milk ".


 Any delivery charge should be stated
on the Tender separate from the actual
price of the commodity.
 The Government does not bind itself
to accept the lowest or any tender, and
reserves the power of acceptIng any part
of a tender.
 Nothing in any contract which may be
entered into will be considered as affect-
in, the right of the Government to
import at any time any articles it may
require notwithstanding such supply is
contracted for locally.
 The attention of parties tendering is
particularly directed to the "conditions
of contract" inserted at the end of this
notice which will be binding on them.
