 TELECOMMUNICATIONS (AMENDMENT), R S.

 (Gazetted 2nd August, 1955).

 1. Short title. These Rules may be cited as the Telecommunications
 (Amendment) Rules, 1955, and shall be read as one with the Telecommunica-
 tions Rules, 1953, (S.R. & 0. 1953, No. 52) (hereinafter referred to as the prin-
 cipal Rules) and all amendments thereto.

 2. Rule 9 of principal Rules amended. Rule 9 of the principal
Rules is hereby amended by the deletion of the full stop at the, end thereof and
by the addition thereto of the following:-
 "and shall be in the Form 0 of the Schedule to these Rules."

 3. Schedule to principal Rules amended. The Schedule to the
principal Rules is hereby amended-
 (a) by adding the words "or on land" after the words "private vessel"
 appearing in Form "N" thereof; and
 (b) by adding the following new Form after Form "N" thereof.

tions Ordinance and Rules) to establish, install, -work and operate a radio
telephone and telegraph station (hereinafter called the station ") at

following conditions:-
 1. The Licensee shall. observe the provisions of the International Tele-
communications Convention, 1947, and the Radio Regulations annexed thereto
