SAINT VINCENT. TUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1955, No. 30. THE CALLIAQUA TOWN BOARD (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS. (Gazetted 19th July, 1955). 1. Short title. These ,By-Laws may be cited as the Calliaqua Town Board (Amendment) By-Laws, 1955, and shall be read as one with the Calliaqua Town Board By-Laws, 1950 (S.R. & 0. 1950, No. 73) (hereinafter referred to as the principal By-Laws) and any amendments thereto. 2. New By-law added. After By-Law 58 of the principal By-Laws there shall be added the following new By-Law: "58 A. From and out of any such fish brought into the Town and lhtended to be taken therefrom for sale elsewhere there shall be offered for sale at the Market to consumers an amount not less than one quarter of the whole by weight: Provided that the Warden may in his discretion allow a lesser amount to be left for sale at the market."
