 With reference to Government Notice No. 316 of 14th July, 1955, His Excel-
lency Mr. -COLVILLE MONTGOMERY DEVERELL. C.M.G., C.V.O., O.B.E., Governor
and Commander-in-Chief of the Windward Islands returned to Grenada by
the "Grumman" on the 16th July, 1955, accompanied by Mrs. Deverell.
 19th July, 1955.

 It is hereby notified for general information that in the event of a hurri-
cane threatening or approaching ttie Island. hie following warnings will be
given:-


 CAUTIONARY
KINC,STOWN (1) A white flag with a black
 centre will be flown on
 Police Headquarters.


RURAL AREAS


(2) Loudspeaker andc Radio
 Announcements
(3) Three saluting guns will
 be fired.
(1) A white flag wiih a black
 centre will be flown from
 Police Stations.


 TAKE COVER
(11 Church bells wi, ring for
 5 minutes.
(2: Cotton Ginnery whistle will
 blow for 5 min.tes.
(3) The siren will blow for 5
 minutes.

Church bells will ling for 5
 minutes.
