 WHEREAR it is provided by section 1 of the Hydro Electric Ordinance,
 1951, that the said Ordinmnce shall come into operation on a date to be ap-
 pointed by the Governor by Proclamation published in the Gazette :
 Now THEREFORE I, WALTER FLEMING COUTTS the officer for the time be-
 ing administering the Government of the Colony of Saint Vincent in exercise of
 the powers vested in me by the said section of the aforesaid Ordinance do hereby
 proclaim and order that the Hydro Electric Ordinance, 1951, (No. 24 of 1951)
 shall come into force on the 27th day of December, 1951.


 GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of St. Vincent at
 Government Ollice in the said Colony this 22nd day of December,
 1951, in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and fifty-one
 and in the fifteenth year of the Reign of His Majesty KING GEORGE
 THE SIXTH.
