 PRISON (AMENDMENT) RULES.


 (Gazetted 20th November, 1951).



 I. Short title. These Rules may be cited as the Prison (Amendment)
 Rules, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Prison Rules, 1945, (S. R. & 0. 1945,
 No. 39) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Rules) and all amendments
 thereto.

 2. Rule 75 of principal Rules amended. Rule 75 of the principal
 Rules is hereby amended by substituting the words "six months for the words
 "two years appearing in the second line thereof.


 Made by the Governor in Council under section 1 of the West Indian Prisons
 Act, 1838, and approved by the Governor and Council this 29th day of June, 1951.
