389 SAINT VINCENT. STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1951, No. 110. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY AND REFRIGERATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS. (Gazetted 13th November, 1951). 1. Short Title. These Regulations may t cited as the Electricity Supply and Refrigeration (Amendment) Regulations, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Electricity Supply and Refrigeration Regulations, 1939, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations ") and all amendments thereto. 2. Regulation 10 of principal Regulations revoked and replaced. Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is hereby revoked and replaced as follows : 10. The Superintendent may, without further notice, discontinue the supply of electricity to any consumer whose account is in arrear, and the following charges shall be made for reconnecting a service which has been so discontinued- (a) for places within a radius of half a mile from the Power Station- a minimum of 50 cents; (b) for places beyond a radius of half a mile from the Power Station- a minimum of 50 cents with an increase of 30 cents per mile up to. a maximum of $1.40."
