 NOTICE.
 UNDER THE LIQUOR LICENCE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1948.

 It is hereby notified for general information that a quarterly Licensing
Session will be held at the Court House, Clifton, Union Island, on Thursday,
20th September, 1951, at 10 o'clock a.m. for the purpose of hearing applications
for the granting of certificates in accordance with the Liquor Licences (Amend-
ment) Ordinance 1948.
 And it is also hereby notified that applications for renewals of licences
must reach the Magistrate not less than ten days before the appointed day for
the sitting of the Licensing Session.
 Notice of intention to oppose the grant of any licences stating in general
terms the grounds of the opposition must be served upon the magistrate and
upon the Licensed dealer not less than seven days before the day fixed for the
holding of the Licensing Session.
