- A white flag with a black
 centre will be flown from
 all Police Stations.
- Church bells will ring for a
 period of five minutes.

-A white flag with a black'
 centre will be flown from
 the Police Barracks.
- The Government Cotton Gin-
 nery whistle and a siren
 from the Police Barracks
 will be blown for a period
 of 5 minutes.
