Under the circumstances the consideration of other people will be more effective. The Governor in Council can do nothing about it. Honourable E. A. C. Hughes : The Governol in Council makes the supervision Order and if the person against whom the order is made-does not think an order is necessary in that case, he eventually finds himself appealing ththe same body that made the original order.
