 Lavou District that as from 1st August,
 1951, the Layou Post Office will be
 moved from its present siteat the house
 of the District Postmistress to the lower
 floor of the house on the main road near
 the Layou Police Station belonging to
 Mrs. Leonora Boddington.

 NOTICE.

 BRITISH WEST INDIAN UNIFIED
 CURRENCY.

 The Public are invited to view the
 new Currency Notes which are intended
 gradually to replace the present ones in
 use and which will be displayed for
 information at Barclays Bank, the Trea-
 sury and General Post Office from Satur-
 day, 4th August.
 These notes are identical in value
 with the similar denominations now
 being used and will, therefore, be freely
 exchangeable at the rate of 100 cents per
 dollar, equivalent to four shillings and
 two pence of sterling.

 Notice is hereby given that a General
Meeting of the Saint Vincent Co-Opera-
tive Arrowroot Association will be held
at the Council Chamber, Court House,
Kingstown, at 10 a.m. on 31st August,
1951, for the purpose of electing fifteen
Delegates who will in turn elect six
members to serve on the Arrowroot
Board for the Arrowroot Year com-
mencing 1st October next.
