The Public are invited to view the new Currency Notes which are intended gradually to replace the present ones in use and which will be displayed for information at Barclays Bank, the Trea- sury and General Post Office from Satur- day, 4th August. These notes are identical in value with the similar denominations now being used and will, therefore, be freely exchangeable at the rate of 100 cents per dollar, equivalent to four shillings and two pence of sterling.
