No. 1S of 1951.-An Ordinance to provide for the taking of an an- nual census of agricultural pro- ducts and livestock in the Colony. 7th August, 1951. 1. Salary in the grade of $1032 x$72- $1440. 2. A temporary cost-of-living bonus is payable at the usual rate granted to Civil Servants. 3. The post is non-pensionable and lasts for a period of 4 years. 4. Probationary period of 6 months in the first instance. 5. No travelling allowance is payable. The applicant should have good prac- tical knowledge of agriculture, includ- ing the management of livestock, and nmns possess considerable experience as an estate overseer. The duties of the post will include the management of the Ottley Hall Prison Farm, and the appli- cant will be responsible for the perfor- iance of his duties to the Superinten- dent olf Prisons. All applications must be written in the candidate's own handwriting and must bear suitable testimonials from previous estate owners with whom he has been employed.
