 THE LAND ACQUISITION ORDINANCE, 1946, No. 22 of 1946.

 PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION AND POWER TO ENTER LAND UNDER
 SECTION 4 OF THE ABOVE ORDINANCE.

 The Governor-in-Council is of the opinion that the lands described in the
schedule hereto are likely to be required ror a public purpose, to wit, the
accommodation of pipe lines, balancing tankl. power station and other instal-
lations of the Hydro-electric generating syitcem acld any approach road thereto,
and that it is necessary to make a preliminary survey or other investigation of
the said lands.

 ALL THOSE lots pieces or parcels of land listed lherenndler together with
such other lanl in the vicinity thereof as the anthorisel officer may consider
necessary for the furtherance of the above-menlioned public purpose :-
 Rural Allotments Nos. 56, 57, 61, 62, 67 and 68 of the Park Hill
 Land Settlement;
 Rural Allotments Nos. 111. 11.2, 313, 114. 115, 116, 117, and 119
 of the Three Rivers Land Sclettlement;
 Township Lots Ncs. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 2. 7 2, 28, 29, 30, 32 and
 33 at South Rivers;
 land at Three Rlivers owned by ALEXANDER. STODDARD;
 and land at Park Hill owned by the Heirs of JOHN- DUBLIN.
