S(g) the returns from the various polling stations enclosed in sealed envelopes, as prescdibed by this Ordiiance, and containing the poll book used at tle poll,' a. packet containing the stubs and unused ballot papers; packets. containingg the ballot papers 'cast 'for the seVer6l1 candidates, a packet containing the spoiled ballot papers, -a, packet- containing the rejected ballot papers and -a packet' containing the official lists of elector's, sed at the poll, and the written appointments of cai ndid:id:,e' agents; and (h)-all-other documents used for the election. (2) The returning officer shall forward to each of the candidates a duplicate or -copy of the return to the writ made by him. (3) A premature return shall be deemed not to have reached the Supervisor of Elections until the- same should have reached him in due course, and he shall, if circumstances so require, send back such' return and any or all election documents connected therewith to-the returning officer for completion or-correction. (4) The Supervisor of ElectionS shall, on receiving the return- of any member elected to serve in the LegCalaoti\.' council , transmit the writ with the return eid'orsed thereon 'to; the h , Administrator with the time for the purpose specified therein. (5) The Supervisor of Elections shall, on receiving the return of any niember elected to serve in the Legilzl lile Council, enter ii, in the'(, i:.r."' in which such return is received by him, in a book' to be kept by him for- suh purpose and thereupon immediately give notice in the C(--l.iet of the name of the candidate sO elected and in the order in which it was received. (6) The Sip':.: i:l. of Elections shall, immediately after each general election, cause to be printed a report giving by polling Divisions, the' number of, votes polled for each candidate, the number of :.'-i,.'cld ballots, the number of names on the lists of elector? together with any other information that he may-deem ft to iniliiude; and shall, also, athe end of each year, cause to be printed'a similar report on the by-elections held during.the year.
