109 66. Miscellaneous offences. No person shall:- (a) sit or lie on any counter, table or stand in the market; (b) throw any dirt, filth, rubbish or litter in the market; (c) loiter in or about the market; (d) remain in the market during the hours in which the market is not open to the public. (e) light any fire in the market or cook therein, except in such parts thereof and under such conditions as may from time to time be permitted by the Warden. (f) place or keep the hide of any animal in any part of the market other than the place set apart by the Warden from time to time for the purpose. PART VI. PENALTIES. 67. Penalty. Any person guilty of an offence against these By-laws shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or in the case of a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding ten dollars for each day during which the offence continues.
