105 30. Application for burial. Every person, desiring to have a corpse interred in the cemetery, shall make application for the purpose to the Warden, and shall produce at the time of making such application, the certificate of death or in the case of a still-born child, the requisite medical or other certificate. 31. Permission to open grave and bury bodies essential. No grave shall be opened and no burial shall take place without the consent of the Warden. PART IV. WATER. 32. Person desiring to, be supplied with water etc. Any person desiring to be supplied with water on his premises from the water supply of the Town or to effect any extension, alteration or repairs to a service shall apply in writing to the Board stating the nature of the work required to be done. The Board may grant such application on such terms it shall see fit and shall cause the Warden to make an estimate of the cost of the work to be undertaken and furnish a statement thereof to the applicant. On payment of such sum representing the estimated cost of laying on such service the Warden shall cause the work to be executed. 33. Actual cost exceeding estimated cost. In the event of the actual cost of laying on a service exceeding the estimated cost, the applicant shall pay to the Warden such excess before the water service is turned on, and if the payment to the Warden exceeds the actual cost, then such excess shall be refunded to the applicant. . 34. No installation, extension etc. to be made without previous sanction of Board. No installation, extension, alteration or repairs of or to any service shall be made or done without the previous sanction of the Board and under the supervision of the Warden or other employee of the Board. 35. Water may be locked off if necessary. The Warden may at any time for such period as the Board may direct lock off the Water Supply whenever it is considered expedient by the Board so to do for the purpose of conserving the supply of water and in cases of emergency the Warden may also lock off the Water Supply without the previous sanction of the Board, but shall make a report to the Board of the action taken as soon as possible thereafter. 36. Warden may lock off water supply. The Warden may from time to time lock off the Water Supply from any part of the Town or any private premises whenever he may deem it necessary so to do for the purpose of effecting repairs or making connections to the water supply and for preventing the waste of water. 37. Warden to give notice of locking off of water supply. On all occasions relative to By-laws 35 and 36, it shall be the duty of the Warden to give due notice thereof whenever practicable to consumers of water who may be affected thereby. ... .i
