103 14. Parts of beach reserved for boats. All boats kept, built or repaired on the beach in the Town shall be kept, built or repaired only in the areas reserved by the Board for such purposes. Provided that the Warden may by notice in writing call upon the owner of any dilapidated boat to remove such boat from the beach. 15. Notice to Board of intention to build or rebuild boats. (1) Any person who intends to build or rebuild any boat of any description shall give notice, in writing, to the Warden of such intention together with the dimensions of such boat. (2) The Warden shall in every case, indicate the site on which any such boat may be built or repaired and any person who builds on a site not so indicated shall be guilty of an offence against these by-laws. 16. Parts of beach reserved for fishing seine. No fishing seine or net shall be kept, spread out, hung up to dry or for repair on any part of the beach except in an area approved by the Board. .-;.:a r : - PART III CEMETERIES. 17. Animals in cemetery forbidden. No person shall ride or lead any animal within or through the cemetery. S18. Animals not to, be taken in cemetery. No person shall tether any animal or allow any animal to be at large in any part of the cemetery. 19. Cutting of grass without permission of Warden. No one shall cut grass in the cemetery without the permission of the Warden. 20. Injury to erection, etC. in cemetery. Any person who:- (a) wilfully or negligently destroys or injures any building, wall, fence, or Sgate belonging to the cemetery, or (b) destroys, injures or removes any part of land not being an allotment owned by such person, or (c) puts or affixes any bill, advertisement or other matter or thing S- whatsoever on any wall, or on any tree in the cemetery, or (d) injures or defaces any railing, monument, tablet, vase, wreath or any other matter or thing whatsoever upon any allotment not being an allotment owned by such persons, shall be guilty of an offence against these by-laws. 21. Vehicles. (1) No carriage, motor-car, cart or other vehicle shall enter or remain in the cemetery except :- (a) a hearse, carriage or other vehicle entering or being in the cemetery in connection with a burial therein. (b) a hearse or other vehicle entering or being in the cemetery for the purpose of removing a body,
