3. Addition of Schedules to PrincipalBy-Law. After By-law 29
of the principal By-laws the schedules to these By-laws shall be inserted.

 4. Commencement. These, By-laws shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the 1st day of January 1950.

 FIRST SCHEDULE.

 ANNUAL GENERAL WATER RATE.

(a) On Houses and Lots of Land without Private Water Services-3% of annual
 rental.
(b) On Houses and Lots of Land with Private Water Services-1/2% of annual
 rental.

 SECOND SCHEDULE.

 ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON PREMISES WITH PRIVATE WATER SERVICES.

On All Premises :-


 (1) With water supplied through-
 (a) A Pipe with a bore of 4 inches
 (b) 21/2 "
 (c) 11/2 "
 (d) 1 inch
 (e) 3 "
 (f) ". 1/2 ,
 (2) Having-
 (a) A Septic tank with no more than 3 seats
 and for each additional seat over 3
 (b) A urinal..
 (c) A public garage with no more than 3.cars
 and for every additional car over 3 cars
 (d) A private garage
 (e) garden hose
