Compantes. the company shall, within twenty-one days after the date on which particulars of the alterations could, in due course of post and if despatched with due diligence, have been received in this Colony from the place where the company ts incorporated, deliver to the Registrar for registration a return containing the prescribed particulars of the alteration. 301. (1) Every company to which this Part) of this Ordinance applies shall in every calendar year make out a balance sheet in such form, and containing such particulars and including such documents, as under the provisions of this Ordinance it would, if it had been a company within the meaning of this Ordinance, have been required to make out and lay before the company in general meeting, and deliver a copy of that balance shect to the Registrar for registration. (2) If any such balance sheet is not written in the English language, there shall be annexed to it a certified translation thereof. 302. Every company to which this Part of this Ordi- nance applies shall (1) in every prospectus inviting subscriptions for its shares or debentures in the Colony state the country in which the company is incorporated; and (2) conspicuously exhibit on very place where tt carrie. on business in the Colony the name of the company and the country in which the company is incorporated, and (3) cause the name of the company and of the country in which the company is incorporated to be stated in legible characters in all bill-heads and letter paper, and in all notice. advertisements, and other official publications of the company; and (4) if the lability of the members of the company is limited, cause notice of that fact to be stated in legible characters in every such prospectus as aforesaid and in all bill-heads, letter paper, notices, advertisements and other official publications of the company in the Colony, and to be affixed on every place where it carries on its business.
