Where a company is dissolved, all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for the company immediately before its dissolution (including leasehold property but not including property held by the company on trust for any other person) shall, subject and without prejudice to any order which may at any time be made by the Court under the two last foregoing sections of this Ordinance be deemed to be bona vacantia and shall accord- ingly belong to the Crown, and shall vest and may be dealt with in the same manner as other bona vacantia accruing to the Crown. Rules and fees. 277. Rules for carrying this Ordinance into effect as far as relates to procedure, winding up, and costs and fees in connection therewith, may be made in like manner as rules may be made under and for the purposes of the Judicature Ordinance. 278. Until varied or revoked by any rules made under the preceding section the rules contained in the Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Schedules to this Ordinance shall be in foree. PART VI. RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS. 279. .\ body corporate shall not be qualified for appoint - ment as receiver of the property of a company 280. Where an application is made to the Court to appoint receiver on behalf of the debenture holders or other creditors of a company which is being wound up by the Court, the Official Receiver may be so appointed. 281. (1) Where a receiver or manager of the property of a company has been appointed, every invoice, order for goods or business letter issued by or on behalf of the company or the receiver or manager or the liquidator of the company, being a document on or in which the name of the company appears, shail contain a statement that a receiver or manager has been appointed.
