BOXING CONTROL. AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE HOLDING OF BOXING CONTESTS. [1sé January, 1934.] 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Boxing Control Ordinance. 2. (1) For the purposes of this Ordinance there shall be established a Trinidad Boxing Board of Control (in this Ordinance referred to as the Board ’’) which shall consist of a Chairman and four other members to be appointed from time to time by the Governor in Council. (2) The Chairman shall have a casting as well as a deliberative vote. (3) Three members of the Board shall constitute the quorum necessary to constitute a meeting and mavy exercise all or any powers conferred upon the Board by this Ordin- ance or any regulations made thereunder. 3. (1) No member of the Board shall be interested in the administration or executive of any promoting body of professional boxing. (2) No member of the Board shall be interested in any promoter or receive payment of any kind from such pro- moter or promoting bodies, (3) Any member of the Board disregarding the pro- visions of this section shall 7pso facto cease to be a member of the Board.
