(3) The foregoing provisions of this section shall upply with the necessary modifications to documents required or authorised under this Ordinance to be sent to any person, firm, owner or occupier, and to the sending, addressing, and delivery of such documents. 83. Where the age of any person is required to be ascertained or proved for the purposes of this Ordinance any person shall, on presenting a written requisition in such form and containing such particulars as may be trom time to time prescribed and on payment of a fee of twelve cents be entitled to obtain a certified extract under the hand of a registrar or superintendent registrar of the entry in the register under the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance of the birth of that person; and such form of requisition shall on request be supplied without charge by every superintendent registrar and registrar of births, deaths and marriage. 84. If by reason of an agreement between the owner and the oecupier of premises, the whole or any part of which has been Iet as a factory, the said owner or occupier is prevented from carrying out any structural or other altcra- lions in the premises which are necessary to enable him to ‘comply with the provisions of this Ordinance or any regula- tions or orders made thereunder, or in order to conform with any standard or requirement imposed by or under this Ordinance, he may apply to a court of summary Jurisdiction, and the court, after hearing the parties and any witnesses whom they desire to call, may make such an urder setting aside or modifying the terms of the agreement as the court considers just and equitable in the circum- stances of the case. 85.
