(2) An order so made may, among other things— (a) prohibit the employment of, or modify or limit the hours of employment of, all persons or any class of persons in connection with any manufacture, machinery, plant, process, or description of manual Jabour; or (b) prohibit, limit, or control the use of any material or process; or (c) modify, vary, or extend with respect to all persons or any class of persons employed such pro- visions of this Ordinance and any regulations or orders made thereunder as impose requirements as to health, safety, or welfare; or (d@) exempt, subject to such conditions as_ the Governor may consider necessary, any factory or part of a factory from any of the provisions of this Ordinance or of any regulations or orders made thereunder which impose requirements as to health or welfare ; and may impose duties on owners or hirers, employed persons and other persons, as well as on occupiers.
