An Ordinance to ainend the Development (Tele-
phone) Loan Ordinance, 1954.

ENACTED by the Legislature of Antigua

as follows:-—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the
Development (Telephone) Loan (Amendment)
Ordinance, 1956, and shall be read as one with the
Development (Telephone) Loan Ordinance, 1954,
hereinafter called the Principal Ordinance.

2. The Long Title of the Principal Ordi-
nance shall have effect as if for the words “ two
hundred and sixteen thousand dollars’ there were
substituted the words “three hundred thousand
six handred and thirty eight dollars and forty
conts

3. The Preamble to the Principal Ordinance
shall have effect. as if for the words “two hundred
and sixteen thousand dollars” there were
substituted the words “three handred thousand
six hundred and thirty eight dollars and forty
cents ”’. .
