Anrieva. 2 Nursis Registration No. 5 of 1956, , (Amendment). “(a) not being a person duly registered under this Ordinance takes or uses the name or title of registered nurse or registered nursing practitioner, either alone or in combination with any other words or letters, or any name, title, addition, description, uniform or badge, implying that she is registered under this Ordinance, or is recognised by law asa registered nurse; or” So 4. The Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is Ordained hereby amended by adding the following paragraph amended, immediately after paragraph 6 thereof:— “GA. If any member of the Council is pre- vented by illness, temporary absence from the Presidency or any other cause from performing the duties of his office as such memnber— (a) if such member was appointed by the Governor in Council or by the Medical Board established in the Medical Registra- tion District of which the Presidency of Antigua forms part under paragraph 4 of this Schedule, the Governor in Council or the said Medical Board, as the case may be, may appoint a person to act in place of such member until such member is again able to perform the duties of his office or ceases to be a member of the Council, whichever is the earlier; (6) if such member was elected in accordance with the scheme referred to in paragraph 4 of this Schedule, the Conneil may appoint a person to act in the place of such member until such member is again able to perform the duties of his office or ceases to be a member of the Council, whichever is the earlier:— Provided that in appointing a person under this sub-paragraph the Council shall, so far as practicable, select a person, being a person registered as a nurse under this Ordinance who is representative of the same interests as those represented by such members’.
