6. Section 14 of the Principal Ordinance is Amendmentof -

5 ‘ 7 section 14 of
hereby amended by the Principal

: . . Ordinance.
(a) the insertion of the words ‘and

approved” between the word “made” and
the word “under” appearing in line 1 of
subsection (3);

(6) re-numbering subsection (3) as sub-
section (+); and

(c) the insertion of the following as sub-
section (3) of the section—

(3) No regulation made under the
provisions of subsection (1) of this
section shall have effect unless und until
it has been approved by a resolution of
the Legislative Council.”.
