An Act to provide that the [sland of Sombrero
shall cease to form part of the Presidency of
the Virgin Islands and shall be included in
and form part of the Presidency of Saint
Christopher Nevis and Anguilla.

ENACTED by the Legislature of the Lee-

ward Islands.

1. This Act may be cited as the Transfer of
Sombrero Act, 1956.

2. From and after the coming into operation
of this Act the Island of Sombrero shall cease to
form part of the Presidency of the Virgin Islands
and -shall be included in and form part of the
Presidency of Saint Christopher Nevis and An-
guilla.

3. The Sombrero Act is hereby repealed.
