Amendment of 8. Section 47 of the Principal Act is
tho Princieal hereby amended by the substitution of the word
Act. “rights”? for the word+-“ right” appearing in the

second line of the section.

OBJECTS AND REASONS.

The object of this Bill is-as a result of a
suggestion of the Secretary of State to replace
the definition of “ British possession” in section
2 of the Principal Act by a more suitable
definition,

2. The opportunity is also taken to correct
a typographical error in section 47 of the Act.
