(7) The Board shall perform such other duties as are assigned to it by this Ordinance and the regulations made there- under or by an order of the Governor in Council. 4. The heading to Part IT of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended bv the insertion of the words “CONTROL OF IMPORTATION ” before the word “REGISTRATION.” 5. The following new section shall be inserted in Part JI of the Principal Ordinance immediately after the heading thereof:— “74. (1) No motor vehicle or trailer all the wheels of which are not fitted with pneumatic tyres, shall be used upon any road. (2) No motor vehicle or trailer which exceeds @ maximum gross weight of five tons shall be imported for use upon any route or road: Provided that in the case of motor vehicles, the Transport Board may, subject to any regulations made under paragraph (w) of section 77 of this Ordinance, grant licences for the importation of any motor vehicle in excess of the maximum gross weight of five tons but not exceeding a .' maximum gross weight of nine tons for the operation of such motor vehicle on any such route or road as the Transport Board may approve.” 6. The following paragraph 1s hereby substituted for paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of section 11 of the Principal Ordinance-—- ANTIGUA. Amendment to heading of Part II of the Principal Ordinance.
