An Ordinance to amend the Nurses Registration Ordi-
nance, 1954.

ENACTED by the Legislature of Antigna as
follows:—

1. This Ordinance may: be cited as the Nurses
Reyistration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, and shall be
real aa one with the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1954
in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

2. Section 7 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby
amended by —

(a) inserting in subsection (1) thereof immedi-
ately after, the words “ paying such fee” appearing
therein the words “not being greater than the fee
payable on ordinary applications for registration
under this Ordinance”; :

(b) inserting in subsection (2) thereof immedi-
ately after the words ‘on payment of such fee”
appearing therein the words “ not being greater than
the fee payable on ordinary applications for admis-
sion to such final examination ”’.

3. Section 9 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby
amended by substituting for paragraph (a) of subsection
(1) thereof the following: —
