Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by Arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1950, of the United Kingdom. Any such arbitration shall be held at any place in the West Indies or in the United Kingdom which may be mutually agreed between the parties or in default of agreement at any place in the West Indies or in the United Kingdom which may be decided by the arbitrators. . 18. In this Ayreement— “scheduled port” means a port mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties hereto and operative for the time being; “unscheduled port” means a port other than a scheduled port. 19. This Agreement shall! be governed in all respects by the law of England. First Schedule. The Company shall provide an inter- island service at approximately three weekly intervals from Trinidad (Port-of-Spain) to Grenada (St. George’s), St. Vincent (Kings- town), Burbados ( Bridgetown), St. Lucia (Castries), Dominica (Roseau), Montserrat (Plymouth), Antigua (St, John’s), St. ‘Kitts (Basseterre), and Jamaica (Kingston), return- ing to Trinidad (Port-of-Spain) by the same | route.
