An Ordinance to amend the Petroleum Ordinance,
1949.

ENACTED by the Legislature of eee as
follows:—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the
Petroleum (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, and
shall be read as one with the Petroleum Ordinance,
1949, as amended, hereinafter called the Principal 5
Ordinance.

2. Subsection (2) of. section 12A of the
Principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the
insertion between the words “vehicle” and ‘or”
in the fifteenth line thereof of the words “is or
was for use only on that ship or vehicle”.
