Under the provisions of Sections 3 and 13 of the Trade and Revenue Ordinance, No. 8 of 1900, the build- ing known as the Government Cotton Honse, situated at the Western end of Church Street, has been provided for the storage of goods unladen from any vessels arriving in this Presidency and will be a part of the Queen’s Warehouse until further notice.
