Short Title. These Regulations may be cited as the Currency (Coin) Regulations, 1955. / 2. Interpretation. In these Regulations— “ Agent Bank” means any bank appointed or employed by the Board to act. as its agent; ‘coin’? means any coin provided, issued or re-issued, or to.be provided, issued or re-issued under the authority of the Act; “Centre” means any place other than Headquarters at which the Board has established an office; “ Qurrency Officer” means a member of the Board ‘or any other person appointed by the Board with the approval of the Governor to be a Currency Officer; “ Headquarters” means the headquarters of the Board at Trinidad; “ Sub-Centre” means any place at which the Board — has not established an office but at which there is an Agent Bank; ‘the Board” shall have the same meaning as in the Act; : “the Act”? means the Currency Act, 1950. 7 ee
