13(1) There shall be inserted the words “he

inserted after the figure “33”.

41 The following sentence shall be inserted at

the end of the section

“Any person who acts in contravention of
the provisions of this section shall be
guilty of an offence.”

a0(1) The following sentence shall be inserted at
the end of the suvsection:

 

_“ Any person who acts in contravention of
the provisions of this subsection shall be
guilty of an offence.”
